We work with team coaches, and their support staff, to:

• Create and update a database of alumni (former student-athletes) and current student-athletes
• Form pairings, between alumni and student-athletes
• Monitor the progress ‘behind the curtain’ and contact a mentor or mentee if there is an issue

Mentors and Mentees

• Create their profiles and are ‘matched’ once both profiles have been activated
• Use MyMentor to schedule meetings, leave updates on the progress, chat, and much more
• Stay in touch as often as they see fit and build their relationships in a way they think is best

The goal is to:

1. Assist Mentors and Mentees in building and maintaining professional relationship

2. Make the process as simple and efficient as possible
