MyMentor is a cloud-based communication platform that is designed to facilitate the communication between athletes(Mentees) and experienced alumni(Mentors). It is designed to enable student-athletes to get in touch, stay in touch and build a long lasting professional relationship with alumni in a comfortable and personal environment. In addition, MyMentor provides alumni with a channel to maintain the connection to their Alma Mater by mentoring current students, and helping them achieve better future.

Every student-athlete who is concerned about his of her future, and has made an effort to plan a life post college knows that networking is one of the most important and effective ways to landing that dream job. Some students do not have an access to working professionals who are in position to help current students. Some do not know where to look for one, and some feel uncomfortable doing so. MyMentor is designed to overcome these issues and pair up student-athletes with working professionals who are former student-athletes and who have the desire to share their knowledge and offer a helping hand.

There are a lot of alumni who would like to stay connected with and give back to their Alma Mater but do not really know how, and some want a more fulfilling way to contribute. MyMentor provides alumni with a way to give back by mentoring current student-athletes and stay connected to the University and their former team in a more personal way.
